• We cannot send replacement parcels due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Returns & Refunds:

• Refunds are accepted for undamaged items within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.
• Contact us to request the return address.

Customs & Duties:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees at their country’s borders.
• We are not liable for delays due to customs or postal services.

• For Singapore, France, Mexico, Israel, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Israel: Please provide your phone number for delivery.
• For South Korea: Please provide your Tax ID and phone number for delivery.
